These terms apply when you use the LashB̂ān website or book a treatment with us. By making a booking you agree to them.

Bookings

A booking made online is a request. Your appointment is confirmed once you receive a confirmation SMS from us. We may decline or reschedule a booking, and if we do we'll let you know as soon as possible.

Cancellations and lateness

If you need to cancel or reschedule, please give us at least 24 hours' notice. If you arrive late, we may need to shorten your treatment or rebook you so we don't run late for the next client.

Prices and payment

Prices are shown on our website and may change from time to time. The price that applies is the one shown when you book. Payment is due at your appointment.

Your health and safety

Please answer the consent form honestly and tell us about any changes to your health before your appointment. We may refuse or stop a treatment if we believe it isn't safe for you. Results vary from person to person, and following the aftercare instructions we give you helps your lashes last and keeps your natural lashes healthy.

Your consumer rights

Our services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. Nothing in these terms limits those rights. Apart from those rights, and to the extent the law allows, we are not responsible for any loss that arises from not following our aftercare instructions or from health information that was not disclosed to us.

Using our website

Please don't misuse the website or submit false bookings. The information on the website is general and may change without notice.

How we handle your personal information is explained in our Privacy Policy.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of South Australia, and you agree to the jurisdiction of the courts of South Australia.
