Last updated: 18 September 2026

LashB̂ān ("we", "us") is a small lash and brow studio in Glenelg East, South Australia. We respect your privacy and handle your personal information in line with the Australian Privacy Principles in the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).

What we collect

When you book an appointment we collect:

  • your name and mobile number
  • the service and appointment time you choose
  • your answers to our consent form, including any health conditions relevant to your treatment (for example allergies, eye conditions or recent eye surgery)

Health information is sensitive, so we only ask for what we need to treat you safely and we only collect it with your consent.

How we use it

  • to manage your booking and send you appointment confirmations or updates by SMS
  • to decide whether a treatment is safe for you
  • to contact you about your appointment

We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for advertising.

Who we share it with

We only share your information with the services we need to run bookings:

  • Render hosts our website and booking database
  • Google (Gmail) delivers booking notification emails to us

These providers may store data on servers outside Australia. We also check our own Google Calendar to show which times are free, but your details are not added to it by the website. We will only disclose your information otherwise if the law requires it.

Cookies

Our website only uses essential cookies that keep the booking form working and secure. We don't use analytics or advertising cookies.

Storage and security

Your information is stored securely and only we can access it. We keep booking records for as long as we need them to provide our services and meet our legal obligations, and then delete them.

Access, correction and deletion

You can ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you at any time by emailing lashban2025@gmail.com.

Complaints

If you have a privacy concern, please email us first and we'll do our best to fix it. If you're not satisfied with our response, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au.

Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. The latest version will always be on this page.
